Phi Mu Lambda Military Sorority is a dedicated non-profit organization focused on empowering veterans to reach their full potential. We are committed to assisting veterans in overcoming the unique challenges they encounter and equipping them with the necessary tools and resources for success.

We are developing a range of programs to support veterans as they transition to civilian life, which includes career training, education assistance, and mental health services. Our programs are thoughtfully designed to address the unique needs of veterans, equipping them with the skills and knowledge essential for thriving in their new environments.

At Phi Mu Lambda Military Sorority, Incorporated, our mission is to empower all sorority members by promoting family, support, awareness, and service to our community. Our members include active-duty military women, honorably discharged female veterans, and first-generation female descendants of active-duty soldiers, marines, sailors, guardians, airmen, and guardsmen or honorably discharged veterans; including daughters by birth, adoption, marriage, or legal guardianship. We will embody the values of our organization; moreover, living by the standards set by the sorority. With mental health at the forefront of our organization, we will continuously develop and strengthen an elite sisterhood.

At Phi Mu Lambda Military Sorority Inc., our vision is to boost awareness about the mental health continuum. We aim to reduce the negative stigmas associated with mental illness and advocate for preventative care, as a result, lessening negative outcomes. As we build unity among women, we will empower our members with the confidence to seek help and create a safe haven for support.
