At Phi Mu Lambda Military Sorority, Incorporated, our mission is to empower all sorority members by promoting family, support, awareness, and service to our community. Our members include active-duty military women, honorably discharged women veterans, and first female descendants of active-duty soldiers or honorably discharged veterans. These female descendant daughters may come by birth, adoption, marriage, or legal guardianship. We strive to embody the core values of our organization and to uphold the standards set by the sorority. With mental health being a priority for us, we are committed to continuously developing and strengthening an elite sisterhood.

We aim to diminish the negative stigma surrounding mental illness and advocate for preventative care, thereby reducing adverse outcomes.
